Twisted Combos
Grip up for Twisted Combos! Practice fun pole dance trick combinations in this one hour course that will include spin variations, climbs, seats and inverts appropriate for the specified level. Challenge yourself while performing multiple moves in one pass and focus on fluidity and grip strength training between the movements (prerequisite and active 3 or 6 month membership required to attend).

Flex n' Stretch
Want to get flexy? This hour long session is dedicated to improving your flexibility. Our training includes stretching exercises and Pilates to lengthen the muscles and ultimately increase the range of motion in your joints. No matter your flexibility level, join us for an intense flex n' stretch session!

Sensual Flow
Let's Dance! Learn how to move gracefully on and around the pole in this one-hour course. All levels are welcome to get with the flow. Be prepared to combine simple tricks, floor movements, and sensual dance into a routine. You'll make this look effortless!
**Heels and knee-pads are highly recommended; heels certainly not required for this course

Exotic Floor
Bring out the inner diva in you and learn some sensual movements all performed on the floor! Open to all levels, our training will include leg play, heel clacks, shoulder rolls and head tosses that will surely leave you feeling sexy. Be prepared to slide and slither right into this class!
**Heels, knee-pads, socks or legwarmers are highly recommended for this course.

Lower Body Burn "LBB"
If your looking to shape up your lower body drop-in to LBB! Feel the burn as you target your hamstrings, glutes, and quads in this 45-minute session! Learn fun routines incorporating twerk style dancing that will fire up those lower body muscles.

Chair Dance
Pull up a chair! In this hour long session you will have fun mixing a variety of dance styles with chair fitness. Be prepared to learn flirty routines that will work your body from head to toe!

Poleography
Take your workout to the next level! In this one-hour course, you will train grip stength and coordination while using a static pole. Learn choreographed transitions and grip switches to flawlessly merge trick combinations and floorwork together.

Control n' Condition
It's time to shape up! We collect calories during this one-hour session of non stop pole conditioning exercises. Enjoy building endurance and muscle strength in this high energy course inspired by HIIT (high-intensity interval training). Are you ready to feel the burn?
**Tennis shoes/sneakers are highly recommended for this course

Orientation
First time? Don't worry! We all have to start somewhere, right? In this introductory course we'll introduce you to basic pole tricks, concepts and need to knows. All new comers must attend at least one orientation class. So grip up! We are excited to meet you!

Beginner Pole
Welcome to Pole Fitness! In this beginner level course you will learn basic pole tricks and spins designed to strengthen your upper body and core. Muscle memory begins here. By building a strong foundation, you are sure to go far in your pole journey!

Intermediate Pole
Congratulations! You're well on your way to becoming a pole star! Be prepared to learn fun spins, climbs, seats and inverts in this course! The beginner level course is a prerequisite for this class. Please be sure to obtain your instructor's approval before advancing.

Advanced Pole
This hour long course is for our pole veterans! Be prepared to work on challenging combos, power spins, and advanced level pole tricks for twisted gains and full body toning. Beginner and intermediate level courses are prerequisites for this class. Please be sure to obtain your instructor's approval before advancing.

Open Play
Need a little more practice? This hour is open for solo practice. No instruction will be provided during this session.

Please be sure to reserve your spot in class at least 3 hours before class time via your member app. If you are unable to attend a previously reserved class, please be sure to cancel your reservation.
